St. Patrick's Day

 Corned beef is one of my all time favorite meals. When St. Patrick's Day rolls around, I have to have some! This year we had a family party and I was the host, I cooked 2 huge pieces of beef, 2 heads of cabbage a bag of carrots and a 5lb bag of potatoes. We also tried soda bread for the first time, which we all loved and will have to make from now on whenever we have corned beef.
